Visa Information

The conference will provide official invitations to the authors/attendees (upon request) for requiring visa to travel to Italy. If you need an invitation letter, please follow the steps below:

1. You must be an author or co-author of an accepted paper for the conference (with paid registration) or an attendee (with paid registration) or an invited speaker.

2. Please provide confirmation of your registration as well as the paper ID and title of your conference/workshop paper to the following address:
